How to set up your business email address

Creating Your Business Email

Once your hosting is active, log in to your hosting control panel (cPanel) using the credentials in your welcome email.

Steps

  1. Open Email Accounts in cPanel.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Enter your desired username (e.g. info, sales, yourname).
  4. Set a strong password.
  5. Click Create to confirm.

You can access your email via webmail at your domain (e.g. webmail.yourdomain.co.za) or set it up on your phone or email client using the IMAP/SMTP settings provided in cPanel.
