Opening a Support Ticket
Log in to the portal and click Support in the navigation. Click Open New Ticket.
Fill in the following:
- Department - select the most relevant service area.
- Subject - a short description of your issue.
- Priority - select Low, Medium, High or Urgent.
- Message - describe your issue in detail. Include screenshots if possible.
You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number. Our team will respond within 1 business day.
