How to submit a support ticket

Opening a Support Ticket

Log in to the portal and click Support in the navigation. Click Open New Ticket.

Fill in the following:

  • Department - select the most relevant service area.
  • Subject - a short description of your issue.
  • Priority - select Low, Medium, High or Urgent.
  • Message - describe your issue in detail. Include screenshots if possible.

You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number. Our team will respond within 1 business day.
