Late Payment Policy
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. After that, a 2% monthly interest charge applies to the outstanding balance.
Service suspension
Accounts more than 30 days overdue may result in suspension of services including hosting, VoIP lines and domain renewals. We send reminders at 7, 14 and 30 days overdue.
Payment arrangements
